Your Email Address

To register on SPOONIT, users must provide a valid email address. This is required for order confirmations, customer support, and account management. SPOONIT shares necessary contact details (e.g., name, delivery address, phone number) with partner restaurants and vendors for order fulfillment.

Payment Information

When placing an order, users must choose a payment method. SPOONIT does not store debit/credit card details. Payments made via online transactions are securely transmitted to the respective payment processors in an encrypted format. For enhanced security, SPOONIT follows globally recognized encryption protocols and may retain partial card details (e.g., last four digits) for user reference, ensuring compliance with financial security regulations.
